說     明：

         一、  依衛生福利部國民健康署（以下簡稱健康署）115年6月8日國健婦字第1150461803號函辦理。

         二、  依健康署網站公告之「青少年健康促進服務友善機構問答集」（附件2），為使國內醫療院所以親善、尊重的態度，提供符合國際健康照護服務品質標準之青少年全方位照護關懷，該署自107年起推動「青少年親善照護機構認證」，並於114年改制為「青少年健康促進服務友善機構」，鼓勵醫療院所提升青少年健康照護品質。

         三、 旨揭機構可依服務特性自行定義服務對象，且可涵蓋大專校院之學生及其家屬或監護人，由學生視其需求，逕洽各機構提供服務，俾增進其健康，並請本部青年發展署（未升學未就業青年）、國際及兩岸教育司（境外學生），以及終身教育司（家庭教育中心），轉知所屬相關單位多加運用。

Description:

1. This announcement is made in accordance with the letter issued by the Health Promotion Administration (HPA), Ministry of Health and Welfare, dated June 8, 2026 (Ref. No. 1150461803).
2. According to the “FAQ on Adolescent Health Promotion Friendly Service Institutions” published by the HPA (Attachment 2), the program aims to encourage healthcare institutions in Taiwan to provide comprehensive adolescent health care with a friendly and respectful approach that meets international standards of healthcare quality. The HPA launched the “Adolescent-Friendly Healthcare Institution Accreditation Program” in 2018 and renamed it the “Adolescent Health Promotion Friendly Service Institution Program” in 2025 to further promote the quality of healthcare services for adolescents.
3. Service institutions may define their target populations according to their service characteristics, which may include university and college students as well as their family members or guardians. Students who require relevant services are encouraged to contact these institutions directly based on their individual needs to enhance their health and well-being. Related units are also encouraged to make full use of these resources.
