學務處衛保組將進行114.2學期網路餐飲滿意度問卷調查，針對學校餐飲衛生、環境衛生與餐點品質進行問卷調查及提出具體建議。敬請師生於115年05月20日(三)前撥冗填寫此問卷，此問卷採不記名方式，問卷統計結果將作為校內餐飲改善重點，再次感謝您的參與!
