115年9月餐飲單位餐具檢查、油脂檢測，餐具檢查66件，油脂檢測18件，檢測結果合格。

學務處衛生保健組敬啟
In September 2026, the university conducted inspections of tableware for starch and grease residues and tests of cooking oil for total polar compounds (TPC) across campus dining facilities. A total of 66 tableware samples and 18 cooking oil samples were tested. All samples passed the tests and met health standards.
